• Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Return Process: Contact our customer service at hello@alez.be to initiate a return. You will receive a return label to print and attach to your package.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
